This is the only Starbucks I go to and don’t enjoy the customer service. They always have a bummed out looking face (at least while talking to me) and always very nonchalant while asking for my order/ or to “have a good day.” Normally I’m not one to leave reviews but this is now the 5th time I haven’t enjoyed the customer services there. At least crack a smile, but maybe they personally haven’t had their morning coffee.

there are regular customers here who do get special treatment, you can order in front of three of them and their orders will come out much faster than yours regardless of what you order… They also made the menu item drink wrong three times.

If you are looking for bad attitude and glares, there is a good chance you'll find that here. Some of the employees are very nice, but most look miserable, and one in particular is openly hostile, I have never got her name as she wont look at you for more than a few seconds at a time, but she has brown hair, middle aged, and never smiles. She usually is there around 9AM. I am pretty sure she is actually the manager. Once you've annoyed her by asking a question or modifying your drink in any way, she will make sure to make your drinks as poorly as possible. It's honestly laughable seeing how spiteful she is. I understand it can be a stressful job, but the outright rudeness and hostility from her is impressive.

I really like the Sushi here. Everything is really expensive at this store. I only go to buy the Sushi. I'll go to Safeway, Albertsons, or Fred Myers to buy groceries.
Parking: Large parking lot, it's shared with other businesses. But always has open parking close to the store.

Staff at this establishment ( older lady working the 9 am ) treated me poorly, displaying rude behavior and unprofessionalism. I felt disappointed and would advise others to steer clear. Training in customer service is clearly needed to prevent future negative experiences like mine.

I've had the experience (on a road trip) of driving into a town that had only a Starbucks as their local coffee shop.I kept driving.On a planet with only Starbucks as a source of coffee, I would gladly die an un-caffeinated man.

The staff is ALWAYS very friendly here and speedy. Even when they are slammed. They also usually have a great selection of discounted Starbucks cups ?

Extremely rude staff, they made my sweet crème cold brew incorrect after waiting 20 minutes, then threw in some crème, pouring out the coffee and handed it back to me rudely. Choose a different one where they are respectful. I’ve never been treated so badly in an establishment.

We always go here with large orders for our office and they never complain and are quick to make the order. A few of them memorize the order as well. Never experienced a mistake on an order and they are always very kind.
