i regularly sit in the cafe for over an hour, waiting for my shift to start across the street, the atmosphere and staff is so kind and playful. I'm greeted by name almost everyday and when I go through the drive through or mobile order I still get greeted with warmth and it's a wonderful way to start the day

Each time I go through the drive thru at any Starbucks it’s a hit or miss if they make my coffee right. Well this location gets it right about 30% of the time. I prefer regular roast espresso versus the blonde which causes issues when your favorite drink defaults to blonde. I ask every time for signature not blonde. Another failure today- order the Brown Sugar Oatmilk Cortado with an extra shot- so even more money. Asked for signature and no blonde. Welp tasted like a caramel coffee. And even the sticker says blonde. I didn’t want that 😂 I give up going there. The problem isn’t necessarily the money spent, it’s the fact that no one listens to you. The fact that I asked for a simple substitution that are simply ignored. And if you complain- oh shoot here comes Karen. Just do your job please, listen to listen not to respond with “anything else”. And expect a tip while you’re at it. Needs some re-training at this location even after the re-open.

I went here with my dad. The barista with red hair and braids made the best frappuccino I have ever had. All the employees were super nice, and made lots of conversation with my dad about the coffee beans he was buying. He made a few passive aggressive remarks which I’m super sorry for. The baristas seemed completely unfazed. Great service and coffee!!!!

Wow! What a group of nice young people. It started with Zach helping my husband navigate the Starbucks application, followed by him bringing the in- house cup of cup of coffee out to me. This was followed by Mason, and Juniper (Jack).

Disappointed with the staff at this starbucks. A man, who looked homeless, was sitting at a table with items he purchased. He wasn't doing anything. He wasn't loud, he wasn't doing drugs, he was just sitting there and resting his head on his arms at a small table away from everyone. It was freezing and rainy outside. He was approached by staff and told he needs to leave and if not they would call the cops. She sternly told him again to leave. He just sat at the table, trying to gather himself. She left to call the cops. What's so inclusive about starbucks? Where's the welcoming environment? I hate how a company preaches one thing and does another cause their customer doesn't look a certain way. He wasn't doing anything wrong. F you starbucks. You lost a customer.
Edit- Went to buy him some new clothes. Came back and he was out on the sidewalk, soaking wet. His name is Darrell and he is so kind. He was so thankful for the clothes. He's still a person, people get comfortable and forget that. They don't think about how they would feel, shivering cold and wet, stuck outside in the freezing cold. I wish the world had more compassion.

I have ordered a delivery of a cold and a hot coffee over three times and every single time they have gotten the order wrong and sent two cold coffees instead, wouldn’t be the biggest issue if it wasn’t literally everytime I’ve tried ordering from there.
Wow! The employees were amazing ? Polite, energetic and professional!
Kid-friendliness: Patient staff and delicious chocolate chip cookies definitely calmed my angry 4 year old down. Ty so much ?

Disappointed with quality of my drink WCM W/Almond milk. This drink is pretty basic and I feel like it should taste the same everytime. Drove back to have it remade and it was not much better. Feel as if the quality and the pride of making good drinks has gone down hill for Starbucks. Time to go somewhere else.
