Edit: 1 star now. I gave another change and they sent me a regular mocha when I ordered a cinnamon dolce latte! Incompetent. You guys did this so many times now and I will never go back.
Are you guys out of certain flavors? Do you not do seasonal coffees anymore? If so fine, but let me know as the paying customer!! I have door dashed coffee on a couple separate occasions and each time I’ve ordered a peppermint mocha, they only give me a regular one! I paid EXTRA for the peppermint mocha, only for them to give me a regular! I tried again and ordered a gingerbread latte… got delivered a regular latte. I only give 2 stars because I never had a problem with the food.

The staff is always friendly no matter how swamped they're finding themselves. They have amazing customer service and the store is always nice when you walk in. I think the egg bites are amazing and they save my life some days, when I eventually make it to get my order. But they are always understanding. Thanks 🙏

Kid-friendliness: I was there with my son in the morning, and I must say the stuff totally came to my rescue.
Ordered my mobile order at 450am cause it said they were open, mind you, when I pulled in all the lights were on and there was people inside, dropped my mother off at diyalsis and I waited about 10mins to go get my drink as I normally do to give them time to make it. I pull in and no greeting, no nothing, so I waited a few minutes and then pull through to see all the lights off and no one inside. So now I'm confused, so I go park and call and I get someone to say they just got there and they won't be ready till 530... ok no big deal I can wait got no where to be at that moment. So fast forward to 535 and I pull to the speaker and nothing, wait about 3 mins before someone says they got a late start and they won't be open till 6... OK now I'm a little mad, almost an hour since I did a mobile order and now you say another 20mins, so I asked for a refund on my drink and I was told I can get it but I have to go to a different location to receive my redund.... make that make sense.

Please get the health department to inspect this place. They are allowing flys and knats to remain on food for an unspecified length of time. They are too busy to notice. Added a picture and no, those are not sprinkles on those croissants.

Since the Starbucks across from HomeGoods down Blacklake closed, I've been here a few times. I'll say first that I only get drive-through coffee here. I have only been inside once long ago. The service here was friendly and conversational as all Starbucks try to be, but the coffee cannot be overlooked by a friendly burista. It's terrible everytime I've been. I've had various types of coffee and they always taste watered down as if they used a ton of skim milk. I've been to many Starbucks and this is the worst one I've ever been too. The Starbucks in the Safeway is better than this one.

I have never experienced such a blatantly rude employee EVER! We got to the drive thru window & an employee clearly referencing myself & my daughter kept repeating “ did they sit outside & order & come straight through the line? The order just came in”. I had only been there one other time & our signal wasn’t working well & I guess they got our order a little late & she was pissed? Super freaking unprofessional. Could have asked us politely to go park instead of berating us over & over to other employees where everyone could hear!!

*Avoid location at all costs* VERY disappointing. Every time and I mean every time we go here every employee in this location looks miserable. Don’t know if it’s bad management or what? You walk in and no one even looks at you to take your order. Multiple times messed up on order food/ coffee when you ask for it to be fixed your met with an eye roll or a disgusted look. Save your money go elsewhere!
