I ordered an iced matcha 2 days ago. They didn't mix the matcha well so there were tons of chunks. Not very appetizing.

Once a month or two I make the long drive down to Olympia to conduct business with the Secretary of State. I always swing into here to grab a fresh coffee and ice water 🤗 every time I come all of the employees are super nice and welcoming, even in the wee hours of the morning! I want them to know how much I appreciate their kindness and dedication to be here with a smile on their face every morning for us to get our coffee 🙌 there are many other Starbucks that I could visit while I’m down here, but I come here because of the wonderful employees & the great coffee they serve!!!

Edit: 1 star now. I gave another change and they sent me a regular mocha when I ordered a cinnamon dolce latte! Incompetent. You guys did this so many times now and I will never go back.
Are you guys out of certain flavors? Do you not do seasonal coffees anymore? If so fine, but let me know as the paying customer!! I have door dashed coffee on a couple separate occasions and each time I’ve ordered a peppermint mocha, they only give me a regular one! I paid EXTRA for the peppermint mocha, only for them to give me a regular! I tried again and ordered a gingerbread latte… got delivered a regular latte. I only give 2 stars because I never had a problem with the food.

The staff is always friendly no matter how swamped they're finding themselves. They have amazing customer service and the store is always nice when you walk in. I think the egg bites are amazing and they save my life some days, when I eventually make it to get my order. But they are always understanding. Thanks 🙏

Kid-friendliness: I was there with my son in the morning, and I must say the stuff totally came to my rescue.
Ordered my mobile order at 450am cause it said they were open, mind you, when I pulled in all the lights were on and there was people inside, dropped my mother off at diyalsis and I waited about 10mins to go get my drink as I normally do to give them time to make it. I pull in and no greeting, no nothing, so I waited a few minutes and then pull through to see all the lights off and no one inside. So now I'm confused, so I go park and call and I get someone to say they just got there and they won't be ready till 530... ok no big deal I can wait got no where to be at that moment. So fast forward to 535 and I pull to the speaker and nothing, wait about 3 mins before someone says they got a late start and they won't be open till 6... OK now I'm a little mad, almost an hour since I did a mobile order and now you say another 20mins, so I asked for a refund on my drink and I was told I can get it but I have to go to a different location to receive my redund.... make that make sense.
Please get the health department to inspect this place. They are allowing flys and knats to remain on food for an unspecified length of time. They are too busy to notice. Added a picture and no, those are not sprinkles on those croissants.
