there are a few baristas here who are consistently kind, welcoming, and make my day better each time I visit. I didn't know why they were closed but when I learned they were on strike it made sense. I'm still going to keep going when they open up because of how welcome I feel here.

This union store has shown rude and disrespectful behavior against customers and fellow workers. Thier employees also protested at other store causing disruptions. I was an union shop Stewart for many years. I have never witnessed such unprofessional behavior. Total lack of mutual respect. You have lost a customer and I will make sure I tell others too.

This Starbucks should be closed down, the merchandise is cold and never sealed properly, it should be sealed for tampering proof but the workers don’t care and it shows. The coffee is not made properly and the workers are always rude at this location

Guys. The new ice machines make the absolute worst possible ice for iced coffee drinks. You gave me an iced Americano with about 12 tiny little ice bullets floating in it. Please get rid of these fairly new yet terrible ice machines. They suck! Shelton still has the old ice. Go try it and see the difference. That bullet ice just makes my drink gross. Stop the insanity please.

I am very disappointed. I placed a mobile order and when I went to go pick up my drink, I noticed there was no sprinkles on my sugar cookie cold foam so I asked if it was sugar cookie cold foam, and they said yes, and asked if I wanted the sprinkles when it was supposed to come with the sprinkles because I ordered a sugar cookie latte. when I went to go take a drink. It was not sugar cookie cold foam. The drink had very light ice and was warm on the bottom and the cold foam was super watery…

Location is ok Those headsets don’t help the clerks hear the order. The butter croissant was adequate. However, dropping the croissant from 3 feet over the counter was not cool. The lady with the multi colored hair heating the croissant needs to check her attitude at the door. By the way, you need a new oven to warm your croissant. It was not warm at all. Definitely not a favorite location. 😡

The store was dirty and the service was mediocre at best during both visits I made to this location. Not a typical Starbucks experience. Disappointing.
Once a month or two I make the long drive down to Olympia to conduct business with the Secretary of State. I always swing into here to grab a fresh coffee and ice water 🤗 every time I come all of the employees are super nice and welcoming, even in the wee hours of the morning! I want them to know how much I appreciate their kindness and dedication to be here with a smile on their face every morning for us to get our coffee 🙌 there are many other Starbucks that I could visit while I’m down here, but I come here because of the wonderful employees & the great coffee they serve!!!

Are you guys out of certain flavors? Do you not do seasonal coffees anymore? If so fine, but let me know as the paying customer!! I have door dashed coffee on a couple separate occasions and each time I’ve ordered a peppermint mocha, they only give me a regular one! I paid EXTRA for the peppermint mocha, only for them to give me a regular! I tried again and ordered a gingerbread latte… got delivered a regular latte. I only give 2 stars because I never had a problem with the food.

The staff is always friendly no matter how swamped they're finding themselves. They have amazing customer service and the store is always nice when you walk in. I think the egg bites are amazing and they save my life some days, when I eventually make it to get my order. But they are always understanding. Thanks 🙏
