Went in today and only one employee it looked like was more so on her phone than working, asked for a water, she than told me she would have to charge me, I told her that’s fine and I asked how much. She responded with “uhm I’m not sure” like what? Can I have an ice cup then ?? She then said yes but she would have to charge me, I asked how much for that, “ummm unfortunately I still don’t know, it just says cup on my system” like how am I being charged with something you aren’t sure of?? Ridiculous!!! Update: to the owner, if you’re sorry to hear about this do something about it! I already contacted customer service about my experience. Do you let your employees work while on there phone? As well as not knowing what they are charging us customers?

Ordered a Vente cold brew without ice with cream and sugar-free vanilla. The girl with pink hair gave me half-and-half and put ice in the cup. I told her I didn’t want ice so she strained it out and gave me a cup with only 2/3 coffee. Then I noticed she gave me half-and-half instead of cream. I can’t have sugar so I had to dump the damn coffee out.

Didn’t get what I ordered, who knew a flavored steamer would be hard and I got an attitude back, like I was the one who tasted it wrong. Bad service. Shop at that store all the time, but will never try that coffee shop again. Totally ruined my need for happy coffee moment.
