My favorite food in this world is a cheeseburger. That means different things to different people, but to my mind, this is the best cheeseburger I've ever had: 1/4 lb smash burger, toasted brioche bun, lettuce tomato, onion, and your choice of burger sauce or hickory BBQ. I don't need to tell you that the obvious choice is to forgo tomatoes and get the burger sauce. I also recommend substituting tots for fries (it's worth the $1.50). The other food, and the staff, are great, but why would you pay attention to any of that when they have THE BEST BURGER IN THE WORLD on offer. I love you all ❤️. Get their cheeseburger.

State & central is our go to spot. With and without the kids. We love it here. The food is amazing, the staff is amazing. Best burgers in town and much more. Such a fun place. It's probably a good thing we don't live in the neighborhood, or it would be multiple times a week vs our Friday night routine.

When you see a bar steak advertised on menu, that's a red flag that you're not going to get a decent cut of meat. There was nothing enjoyable about that steak, especially compared to the tasty NY I had at buzz's for less money. Service was good.

Very quiet lil place. And we loved it. We got the pretzel which was huge. Then I just wanted a small chicken salad. And we got the Jeffery which we ventured a tad. And it was all so yum. The salad was so light. Prefect!! The atmosphere was laid back.

As a long-time patron of this diner/bar, I was extremely disappointed with my recent visit. My mother and I, both loyal customers, were looking forward to a nice lunch. However, the experience was far from enjoyable. Our food was severely mishandled—my dish was burnt and my side was cold, while my mother's meal was both soggy and burnt. To make matters worse, the restaurant's air conditioning was on full blast, making the entire place freezing. It was so cold that I couldn't even finish my food, which is a first for me. The waitress, while well-intentioned, kept checking on us every five minutes, which felt rushed and intrusive. We understand she has a job to do, but it was difficult to eat with constant interruptions. While we've always enjoyed our meals here, the poor quality of both the food and the overall dining atmosphere has made us reconsider. We are willing to give the restaurant another chance, but only if the quality of the food improves and the temperature is adjusted to be more comfortable for diners.

Atmosphere is loud but cute. Very chill. Outdoor tables. Service was good. I had a waffle and the butter and syrup were standard but the waffle itself was bland. No vanilla or noticeable flavors. They have a couple TVs with sports playing. Cute local spot. I'll come here again to try other food. Their menu is solid.
Every time we have company in town this is the only restaurant we want to show off. Consistent in quality, variety, and good service! The BLT is soooo good.
