My favorite food in this world is a cheeseburger. That means different things to different people, but to my mind, this is the best cheeseburger I've ever had: 1/4 lb smash burger, toasted brioche bun, lettuce tomato, onion, and your choice of burger sauce or hickory BBQ. I don't need to tell you that the obvious choice is to forgo tomatoes and get the burger sauce. I also recommend substituting tots for fries (it's worth the $1.50). The other food, and the staff,...

We stopped here on a Saturday afternoon just after the lunch rush. We were seated immediately, got our order in and got our food quickly. The food was tasty; I would definitely eat here again.

State & central is our go to spot. With and without the kids. We love it here. The food is amazing, the staff is amazing. Best burgers in town and much more. Such a fun place. It's probably a good thing we don't live in the neighborhood, or it would be multiple times a week vs our Friday night routine.
