Came in to get dinner for the family. Got 3 sandwiches. They expected the coupon I got from my mail. Staff was extremely friendly. Made all 3 sandwiches how I asked. Tasted great. Store was clean except one table. Overall experience was great. Will return to this location for dinner again.

Went here a couple weeks ago for lunch. Employees had great customer service and food was prepared correctly. My sandwich was overall a 5 out of 5. The store was clean including the bathroom. Definitely a subway I will go to again.

I was a little disappointed with the sandwiches. I usually love Subway sandwiches, because the bread is always fresh and soft, but both of these sandwiches (BOGO), the bread was extremely dry and even slightly hard...as if the bread was not fresh, or had been sitting out. The toppings were good and plenty, but I did have to add more condiments when I got home. I had planned on having one for dinner, and the other for lunch at work the next day. I ended up throwing away one half of each sandwich because it was just wasnt good enough to finish. The gal that handed me my sandwiches was very sweet and friendly, though!!

My husband and I ate at the Cooper Rd., Subway in Olympia and when we came in Jasmine, was there alone, her coworker was an hour and a half late. She worked Quick and efficient To get everybody’s food done, It was the lunch rush. She was cool calm and collect and we really appreciate her hard effort and make sandwiches, a true artist.

STAY AWAY!!!
Waited 48 minutes while he helped 3 people, then when it's my turn, guy says I have to wait another 2 hours because he had online orders come in. On top of this, picked his nose, coughed, sneezing, picking his hair......AND DIDN'T WASH HIS HANDS! Most disrespectful and disgusting place

Staff aren't the nicest. I came in just before 10am for lunch. I couldn't finish my sandwich as the meat just didn't taste right. And the two cookies I ordered were already stale at 10am. I hadn't had a subway sandwich in over a year. Now I see why. I wouldn't eat subway again.

I came in about 30 min before closing today (Tuesday Jan 21st 2025) and the dude working wouldn't serve me. He just said "I'm not going to serve anyone else tonight." I just wanted a sandwich togo. Now I'm sitting at home with nothing to eat. Seems like they should say they close at 9:30 if that is when they stop serving.
Two women working Monday at 12pm 1/6/25 were very rude and started yelling at me when I asked what does the veggie delight come stand with because i typically order mine online. She proceeded to be rude and saying it’s a build your when I order it online it come standard with already veggies on it. She gave me flat bread instead of a wrap like I asked. Both of them were very rude and gave poor service. Don’t recommend asking questions you’ll be met with disrespect.
