The fries are delicious, as is their salmon melt. It's seemingly genuine salmon, not something that comes from a package or can which is a plus. They have housemade pickles which are AMAZING. Some of the items are sort of pricey for their consumer base-- college students (not all of them have their parents paying for their education!) It gets super busy around 12pm-12:30pm so I'd recommend going early when they open! Overall, it's a dope place with good quick bites (provided they aren't busy)

Some of the rudest service and even adding cheese to fries was a hassle. They seemed hesitant even though they offer it. Asked for no sweet potatoes with their fries because usually they 50/50 it with normal potatoes but they just gave me the normal amount. But they do serve a danm good grilled cheese, seriously delicious.

For a place that prides itself in being employee-run and community equity focused, this place is pretty dismal. Consistency and portion size for anything except rice and beans is basically lacking. If the quality is going to be inconsistent, the value has got to be improved. As in, give a decent portion of food. The California Taco truck down the street costs less, tastes wayyyy better, and provides more food. This joint and its community mission statement can probably pull it together. The coffee is decent.
