This was my first visit, definitely not my last. I ordered the turkey pesto sandwich with a cup of the loaded baked potato soup, delicious! Sooo nice being able to dine out knowing I’m able to eat anything on the menu…gluten free!

I love this place. My fiancé has Celiac's and it's wonderful to be able to go and not worry about him having a reaction. The food is delicious and they have trivia nights and live music. The breakfast sandwich is scrumptious, it's my favorite aside from the seasonal waffles, and the mimosas are super refreshing. 10/10 recommend eating here.
Dietary restrictions: Completely gluten-free dining, a Celiac's haven. The food is incredibly delicious, I wouldn't be able to tell there was no gluten if I didn't know ahead of time.
Parking: Parking depends on the date and time you're going. Olympia has lots that are free on holidays and weekends and there was a paid lot not far away, street parking with meters is hit or miss.
Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: You could absolutely eat here comfortably in a wheelchair.

I have tried almost everything on the menu. Go and take someone with you because you won’t regret it. As someone who just got diagnosed with gluten intolerance and allergies, this tastes better than a regular waffle. The food choices could be better (more variety in things not waffle) and more side options. Sad chips are no longer a side and not more than one soup (two maybe) a day. But, the food alone and good service keep me coming back. Thank you guys!

First time here, we came for my daughter's birthday brunch. The people were sweet, and seems like a really cute place, the food was good, I think perhaps it was a B team working today? They were 20 people in the restaurant, and it seemed like the team was in the weeds which is a little bit of a problem if you only have 20 people in your restaurant.
The drinks were subpar, the coffee was not fresh, the service was slow, I had to wait until I was almost done with my meal to get a refill on my water nobody came by asking If we needed a refill.
I think the place could be great, my hunch is they just need to some training with the staff. Hopefully they will get a better handle on things. Perhaps will come back and see.

My fiance and I heard about this place because it's all gluten free... it was so good! He had a procutto turkey pesto sandwich while I had the banana nut waffle and both were amazing! Thank you for the wonderful service, Lizzy and we will be back!

10/10 recommend !!! We stopped by for breakfast this morning and it was absolutely delicious! I am so glad we came to try it out! Our waiter, Maddox, was amazing as well! The food was awesome, the atmosphere was so welcoming and warm, and the service was amazing!

This is a really cool spot. I love that the entire menu is gluten free for those who can not consume it - no opportunity for cross contamination or error. Waffle based dishes are a cool and unique twist. The turkey pesto sandwich was great!

Came to the leaning maple for a quick meal, but ended up being so much more. The atmosphere and the waiting staff were so welcoming, my server maddox was amazing and gave excellent and honest service and made sure my food was gluten free.
Could not get a clear answer if the entire kitchen was gluten free and with some items on menu saying gluten free it was confusing if everything was. New staff that did not know the menu and how important for people with Celiac Disease to have questions answered.

Went there for dinner with my work friends and we had such a fun time! We all shared our food and everything was amazing!! We had the pulled pork waffle, the breakfast sandwich waffle, the lox waffle and the cinnamon berry waffle!
As someone who's always looking for another dedicated gluten-free restaurant, I'm pretty surprised how long it took us to try The Leaning Maple... and I've got to say, confidently, that its hands down our new favorite restaurant in Olympia. I nearly cried, it was so incredibly good. The staff was so kind, everything tasted like an absolute dream, the espresso beverages were phenomenal... I can't say enough. I never wanted that breakfast waffle sandwich to end. The apple waffle was also a thing of dreams. I'm counting down the days until we can go again.
