The Owl's Nest coffee + pastries

We come here all the time - their sandwiches are especially amazing, but it’s also such a treat to have a fully vegan bakery. Their expanded space has made it a great place to come for breakfast. Love The Owl’s Nest!

What a gem, especially with the expanded sitting area. Delicious drinks, friendly service, impressive gluten free bakery selections (and good old gluten ones too!). It is nice when my family can have a nice cafe experience together with kids and gluten sensitivity in the mix.

We love Owl’s Nest! We go back and forth between both salads on the menu because they are both delicious and perfectly dressed. Often fun food and drink specials to try out, and the PASTRIES/desserts, oh my! You must try the cinnamon roll cookie…They recently expanded seating indoors (few tables outside too if that’s your jam) with a beautiful mural from local artist @painterfern and plenty of tables to enjoy your vegan and GF treats and coffee/tea drinks! Lovely staff and always have a bookshelf of the sort displaying local artists’ work for sale and fliers of ongoing community events. 11/10 Oly gem!

Excellent coffee spot in Olympia. Laid back. Great coffee and food. Helpful, friendly staff. We ate the Salish sando and a naughty piece of lemon poppyseed cake. The pickles here are punching above their weight. Stop in and stay a while.

Stopped by this lovely place on our way out of Olympia. So glad we did! Ice matcha, cortada, orange poppy seed loaf and a salish sandwich. All wonderful! The sandwich cane with a side of red cabbage that had lemon it was refreshing and good. All the food was SO good and the drinks were too! Highly recommend!

So good!! Came here on a road trip and it was a great place to get breakfast. Friendly staff and good food. I got the smashed chickpea sandwich which was so good I'm going to have to learn how to make it at home since i can't just come here whenever!

I recently visited the Owls nest. I had a chai latte, breakfast panini and gluten free cookie. Total was $25 which I was a little surprised by. The chai latte was incredibly spicy. The panini was amazing. I really enjoyed the sandwich. The cookie was good.

The Owl's Nest is such a great spot... The food is superb, delightfully fresh and flavorful... The staff is friendly and helpful. The drinks are delicious too.

(Oh, and it's all vegan, if you are like us and are 100% plant-based. Even if you are not vegan, you will absolutely love it.)

Lisa and I have traveled across the US and Canada, and this is easily in our top 3 of vegan bistro/bakeries in North America... It is easily that great!

We drive an hour from our home to enjoy this amazing spot each week... Usually Fridays, so we can also visit the Farmer's Market just down Capitol Way. It is worth it to us to load up on the pastries that Shelby and her staff create fresh throughout the day... And then we also have a Reuben Sandwich and an Oly Salad... This place it great! This place is great! This place is great!
