Stopped here with my partner on our way home from the beach. The ladies were friendly. The atmosphere was your typical diner setting, but the food was kinda blan. There is no seasoning on the steak or the hashbrowns. But the toast was good.

I was treated very rudely due to my skin color. I was polite the young ladies blatantly interrupted me while on the phone as I signaled I was on the phone. Then when I asked for the manager I was told he was not in. After asking her to go check it would not hurt the manager appeared magically. To he manager asked had you paid I said yes I was trying to order more when I was stepped over by your staff to help another lady next to me as if I was not standing there. He then says they said you where rude to them. I'm sure they did when I asked for you. My question is howwas I rude if I was on the phone the entire time and still am. He flat out had nothing to say just dumfounded. If your of color DO NOT go there RACISM is located here! I was left feeling disrespected belittled and ashamed that I was profiled in a public restaurant sad and upsetting day for me. If you knew better you would do better. All this because my 92 yr old client wanted your food never again!

Food was delicious. Service was meh. She forgot part of our order and wasn’t around for refills. We had no ketchup, but I felt I would be inconveniencing her if I asked. The place was cold, other diners were complaining also. I don’t think we’ll want to come here again.
I was in town visiting a friend from San Diego, Ca. After a beautiful hike in the forest, the top sirloin steak and egg dish hit the spot. Fast service, nice staff, and delicious food.
