First time for me eating pho`. Overall a good experience and great flavors. It all just seems like an over priced pack of top Ramen with your choice of protein.

I would have given more stars but my pho broth was cold. Not room temp…cold. How disappointing and strange. Won’t try it again

If someone told me all my food for an entire month had to come from one Olympia restaurant, and they asked me to choose a restaurant... I would answer Thuy's Pho before they even finished speaking.

In other words... this is fantastic food. And it's served with great care here.

We got the roasted chicken and steak pho and the broth for both was amazing! Definitely perfect for the upcoming cold days.

This place is phenomenal. I’ve been obsessed with their vegan pho for a years. I haven’t tasted such flavorful veggie broth anywhere else! My friends always love the non-vegan meals they order, too. Also love the noddle salad and bahn-mi’s. 10/10 - and they go above and beyond with kindness.

I visited yesterday and had such a great experience! The pho was absolutely delicious—the broth was rich and flavorful, the noodles were perfectly cooked, and the fresh herbs really brought it all together. Our server Sean made the visit even better with his friendly and attentive service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Google maps says they close at 8, but it can be wrong, no big deal. But I'm here at 7 and there is a sign on the door that says they close at 730. Perhaps update Google maps or you know, follow through with what the literal sign on your door says?

Tried again after several years because our normal place was closed that day. The PHO was hot and broth had some flavor. Did not see a vegetable option to add to the beef PHO and it needed more flavor, but unfortunately there wasn’t soy sauce available. Service was good, server was nice and the price was in line with other PHO places we eat at.

I don’t order out much. Maybe 5 times a year. Today was one of those days. Wife is feeling under the weather and I got a bonus. Figured it would be a nice treat.
Wrong.
Guy on the phone who took my order, he was great.
The inside of the establishment was clean, modern and welcoming. It smelled great in there too!
Unfortunately, I’m not happy. I just spent $83.00 on 3 “large” bowls of Roast chicken Pho and 3 boba tea.
The broth taste like it came out of a box.
Even tho I arrived before they finished the order, my broth was luke warm and the thing that is most irritating is the garnish.
Asked for extra lime (which maybe they did, there were 5 little slices) but they gave us enough garnish for 1 bowl. The Thai basil was literally 3 little twigs of wilted basil leaves. Maybe 5 leaves on one twig, and the others had leaves the size of a 1 dot Lego and they were wilted.
No they weren’t busy, (at least they didn’t seem like it).
Here’s the thing, I paid almost $100 for 3 bowls of soup.
Makes me wonder why I even eat out at all anymore.
I’d take it back and all that but I’m home, not driving all the way back and dealing with the headache or who knows what else.
I just won’t be back and I’ll leave a review that hopefully saves you from making the same mistake I did.
Maybe it’s my fault for not double checking. But I shouldn’t have to. My order was simple, no substitutions except for extra lime.
Don’t know where good pho is around here but it’s probably in a back alley somewhere.
If you’re going to charge those prices for soup, then be the best you can. Decent customer interaction, Mediocre food.
