Cute little pho shop on the way to the mall 😊. Pho broth was excellent, not too fatty and lots of flavor. Meat portions were average but yummy. Appetizers came out fresh and before our soup. Myself and 2 friends came here to catch up, staff was attentive, polite and gave us space. All around, it was a pleasantly surprising find!

my favorite food is pho. i’ve been to just about every pho place in lacey/olympia… even some in seattle. this is the best pho i’ve ever had, and continues to be the best i pho i’ve ever had. i get their veggie and tofu pho with extra white onions, but replace the vegan broth with the beef. i don’t know what they do differently with their broth, but it’s so good. everytime. it’s so insanely rich in flavor. i’m a regular there and the staff knows my order by heart. i don’t need a menu. they’re also VERY kind. some of the sweetest people you’ll meet.
the thai tea is amazing, and i love their ginger tea. i’ll get that when i’m not feeling well. the drink is seemingly the only thing i’ll switch up about my order.
i LOVE their fresh spring rolls. their shrimp spring rolls are SO GOOD. they also have the best peanut sauce. their other food is FANTASTIC TOO. i just can never bring myself to order something else. i CRAVE their pho and just need to get it everytime.
i honestly think i’ve brought all my friends here, and with working in a restaurant myself, if pho is brought up, i tell them you need to try thuy’s pho in olympia IMMEDIATELY.
anyways, seriously do yourself a favor a try this place if you haven’t already… and if for some reason you “don’t like it”…you’re full of it! you don’t know what you’re talking about, and your opinion is bad and one i don’t trust.
