Went there for dinner with my wife. Had to wait a bit before being seated. After 25 minutes no one even came around to take our order, so we got up and left. We heard so much about this place, but you can be sure, we will never go back!!!!

Tugboat Annie's is one of those local gems where, somewhere down the road, you'll be wishing you were there enjoying it in all its local ness, great food, incredible location and view, and great times.

i’m so glad we’ve started choosing Tugboat Annie’s as our go-to family celebration place. they have seating for large groups, but calling ahead for a reservation is recommended, options for the different diets we are trying to accommodate (vegan, pescatarian, dairy free), and the service is always wonderful, not to mention the food. we’ve never left hungry or disappointed in our choices.
our most recent visit was a total of 11 including a toddler and infant. i forgot to make a reservation but we were seated promptly and the service was quick and friendly, especially for how busy they were - there was another large group of 8 that did call ahead and was sat at the same time we were along with a 6-top and other smaller tables being full. our server was only listed on the receipt as “KP P” but regardless of their name, they were wonderful - drinks were refilled, we were checked in on, and requests for sauce and additional napkins were filled promptly.
i stuck with the halibut and chips (my usual order anywhere that it’s an option) and my husband, who normally also gets seafood when we come here, ventured out and tried the mushroom and onion burger and was very pleased. this might become our new burger spot as well! the crab and artichoke dip is definitely something you shouldn’t miss! other people at our table reported loving their food as well. the caesar salad was huge and well dressed. the children’s mini corndog meal was enough food for a full grown man. the evergreener burger got a good review from the vegan in our group.
the only thing i would mention to be aware of is that the high chairs are a little large, so if you have an infant or even small toddler, you may want to bring something that they can sit in on a regular chair/booth seat or an insert for the provided high chairs to give a better fit.
Vegetarian options: 2 vegan/vegetarian burgers, salads can be modified to fit your needs. the pescatarian in our group doesn’t eat eggs or dairy products, but reported that there were still plenty of options and enjoyed the cod and chips sans tartar sauce.
Parking: free parking lot. the lot can get full in the summer, but there are spots where you can squeeze in. the lot is a little worse for the wear, but well marked and spots are a good size.
Kid-friendliness: great kids menu and a good atmosphere for kids. kids menu is on the backside of the regular menu, so if your child is one who likes to have an activity, bringing something for them to do would be recomm need

One of my favorite places!
The food was AMAZING! The fish and chips, clam chowder, and artichoke dip were all the best I've ever had. The view was beautiful. 12/10 can't recommend this place enough.

The food was good but a little dated. My salmon was delicious but really, who serves a chunk of kale and an orange slice anymore? The 1990s are calling… they went their garnish back. The rice “pilaf” was bland and had big slices of onion. Overall, I’d probably return but only if in the area. I wouldn’t make a special trip.

Nice views both inside and out. Unfortunately, the food is very average. A few visits with friends have let us explore the menu and are yet to find anything to write home about. Prices Ok. Service

The reason I took 2 stars away is because I brought my family there for dinner. To find out that they took a eighteen percent gratuity when I gave my waitress a hundred and forty dollar tip. That means that they got like a fifty percent tip, that's not right. They should have warned me that gratuity was on the receipt. I feel deceived..
