Pizza was real doughy, almost seemed underdone. Cool little place, quick service for a Friday night. Will try again on a less busy night.

The Lovely Rita is my favorite even though I'm normally a meat on my pizza guy.

I loved their calzones with pesto in the past. Recently they changed website ordering online (not happy), and there's no option for pesto now. I can't believe it...how can you drop the main item? I didn't like the calzone I got today.

Family members had really talked this place up and they were right - the pizza is SO good. Nothing special about the setting, but definitely a good pizzeria vibe. Staff members were all nice and the food was ready quickly.

Beer selection is great...outside seating is plentiful. If you like different quirky pizza's this place is great. Sell by the slice too

When I moved into the neighborhood, my neighbors all warned me that I would need to budget money to spend at Vics.
I wish they had been more adamant. My family and I end up eating here sometimes four times a week.
The pizza is pretty stinking good, the rotating beers are probably underpriced, and that's dangerous for me.

Have I had better pizza in the world, of course. Have I found another pizza place in the many cities I've lived in that is more consistent across the different styles of pizza and how good they are, no.
this is an institution and probably one of my favorite places in the city.

Also, thier vegan pizza is truly fantastic, Even for someone who is no longer vegan.

UPDATE:
A few years in and it has only gotten better. That vegan pizza is so darn good!

It's an unfair business practice to take down my review as well, and the pizza was way too sloppy

Just a great experience. Calzones are a great price for what you get and are perfect for big eaters. Tons of meat and cheese. Took a while to get our food but it was justifiable on a Friday and a moderate sized order. Staff was nice and really great location.
