This Wendy's does not open their lobby during the hours that they advertise, horrible customer service. not worth it. wrecked my day wasting my time before I had to be at work.
Terrible service received at this Wendy’s today for an order I placed at 12:07 and didn’t receive until 12:55pm. The terrible service was only furthered by a manager who could barely speak English refusing to accept any feedback and she was basically choosing to do absolutely nothing about the fact that my order sat for 30 minutes getting old and was never given to me after 50 minutes.
This is absolute ridiculous.

Slow slow slow slow service. Thirty minutes is not unusual. Sometimes you want 20 minutes to get to the speaker only to find out they are out of what you wanted. Tonight I waited 20 minutes to get to the speaker to have them tell me they were closing early at the exact time it was right then and they wouldn't take my order. Won't go back. I'm done. Put a sign out on the side of the building opposite from the drive thru so people know when you are out of things or closing...read full review

The restaurant is currently undergoing remodeling, which customers are looking forward to. The $5.00 Biggie Bag is a popular menu item, and the staff is described as great, even if the communication with the order-taker can be difficult at times.
