This Wendy's Is horrible. The Asian manager lady has a serious attitude problem. I was in the drive-thru line with one car in front of me at the speaker, and one up at the window. I sat there for nearly 15 minutes how's the line backed up behind me, before they took the person's order in front of me. While I was waiting, And out of frustration watching car after car being served at the McDonald's drive-thru right next to us, I actually called the restaurant and asked them what the holdup was and she started yelling at me that it's not her fault that there's only four people working there. Only four? That sounds like plenty to me at that time of night with only the drive-thru open. At that point the car in front of me moved up finally so I started to give my order and the guy cut me off. I asked him what was going on with the delays? And just then she got on the speaker and started yelling at me again lol. I will never go back there until she's fired. While I was waiting in line I watched the McDonald's right next door serve at least 10 cars through their drive-thru while Wendy's is backed up around the other side of the building.

This was the 2nd time before I said anything but I ask for lettuce as bun for my burger and I received shredded lettuce in a container with my burger which I can’t use my hands to eat and they said it’s because they ren out of ingredients but didn’t inform me at all. Very upset don’t recommend here at all

I walked inside, and the cashier told me to wait for a door dash person even tho me and my friends walked in first, and he had a snoby attitude and was really rude

I have now gone through the drive-thru on two occasions recently and ordered the Asiago Chicken Ranch club On each occasion I received the club without bacon. And on one of those occasions, there was a glitch in the register. guess what- I got billed twice for a sandwich without bacon. If the Wendy's on Martin Way didn't add so much time to my trip, I would never go to the Harrison Ave shop again. When I reported the poor service at the window, I got a shrug from the employee. So if a driver is holding up the line it is me making certain that my order is correct

This place is constantly changing employees so you never know how you're going to get treated! There used to be a friendly crew , but I went in yesterday and the girl at the front taking my order got it wrong, then basically called me a liar when I knew that I said it right because I go in at least twice a week, it aggravated her to have to fix my order, so it might be time to find another place to go, sure will miss those Frostys!!!!

Love the food but when i had to go bathroom almost peeing myself i kept asking for the code which is 5 numbers and i have a bad memory always have and im doing the pee dance!! Except of helping me she just let me struggle . worst customer service
