I pulled up to the window to order because I thought the store was closed the lights at the menu board was off and Allison apologized and took my order which was very convenient instead of driving around again to order she (Allison) also listed the whole menu since I was unable to see the menu board at the window Thank you Allison for your help definitely will come back

No matter what time you go in there, it takes a min, never seems to be pep in the step & one time I had my gloves on in there only had one coming out called right away to see if my other glove was in there they said no but who knows (they were awesome gloves)

We ordered 3 bacon doublestacks add tomato, 2 crispy chicken BLTs, and fries. The doublestacks were missing the tomato, and chicken BLTs were missing the bacon and tomatoes, and the fries had ZERO salt. Come on fellas, my grandma with alzheimers knows how to make a BLT.

Sub par burger for Wendy's. Ordered a Dave's Double w/Xtra cheese. Burger had 1 slice of cheese; patties were dry; way too much mayo and ketchup. Very disappointed 😞

Food took in excess of 10 minutes and was luke warm at best which was surprising for how long it took, I assumed they were cooking it. The cheese on our burgers wasn't even a little melted. The drink machine was a sticky mess, generally unclean. Would have complained but we were pressed for time. Staff was friendly.

Drove thru for breakfast. I feel they have the best breakfast to offer out of any of the others. I'm not a biscuit fan, but there sausage biscuit is pretty darn good. Glad Wendy's started doing breakfast. Have had several of there other breakfast sandwiches as well and all have been great.
Their 4 for $5.00 is perfect for older adults on a tight budget. Staff was very nice and the food was excellent and hot!! Thank you ?

I understand someone being new, but we had to tell her, and another girl, and the manager our order no less than 5 times. This was after a long wait and they tried handing us the wrong stuff. Then they wanted to refund us on our card when we payed cash...? When we didn't even ask for one we just wanted our food ?All 3 shuffled around trying to figure it, fully lost. We finally got "our food" looked right in the bag but when we unwrapped them at home they were 100% wrong. Got the basic chicken sandwich when we paid for double baconator. Live 5 mins away and the food was already cold.
