I placed my order for a Dave's single and frosty on the app. The drive thru line was at least seven cars deep, so I went in. I have never seen so much confusion and mayhem here before. The guys making the burgers and fries were on top of their game but the tall thin man upfront was definitely not with it. I watched him go back and forth several times to fill an order. It seemed as if he was forgetting what he needed to bag up. This man then had a customer fill up some sodas because the machine on their side was down. No orange frosty or spoons available. I waited over 20 minutes for my food. I finally spoke up and asked what is going on here? I then walked back outside to see if the drive thru line was any shorter, but it was not. I went back inside to continue to watch this man, who I believe was a manager, because he was dressed differently, continue to be lost in some other world. My question to Wendy's is do you drug test your employees after they are hired?

Entire restaurant was empty except for a full staff of employees. Nevertheless, the staff managed to forget my receipt and served me a burger that was covered in grease--it quickly disintegrated as I was eating it. I went back in for my receipt, overheard a joke about spitting in "white boy's burger", stood at the counter for about five minutes while the supervisor ignored me, other employees made eye contact and said and did nothing. Drive thru cashier finally noticed me and gave me my receipt upon request. There were NO other customers at the restaurant this entire time.I will never eat here again.Update 04-02-24: a friend told me that Wendy's cleaned up their act and provide an at least tolerable experience. I sat behind two cars in an otherwise empty store, watched one car pull forward and the next car waiting to place their order. After ten minutes of waiting, I left the drive thru without ordering--I'm not going to wait until the first car's order is complete, and then wait another ten minutes for the loser employees to take the next order, and THEN order my food myself and wait ten minutes for loser employees to slowly assemble a sandwich and cold soggy fries.Sonic is next door, and they usually only take 5 minutes before allowing people to order and move forward.How do these restaurants stay open when they only serve one customer at a time?

I ordered a Coke with my food and most definitely got a Cherry Coke. I'm not sure if they simply made a mistake on my order or connected the wrong syrup tank. The biggie bag is worth....$5, no deal there.

Good burgers, predictable and better than some other chains.Update 2022, January.They now have their online system running again. App payment, rewards points, pre-order.Pre-ordering doesn't get the order prepared early, but it can simplify things.Page Feb 2024. The management is falling behind. I was alone at the register for more than 7 minutes, 5 minutes after I was told he would be with me in a minute. Filthy trays being used for serving (Ketchup), a dozen receipts on the counter but only 3 people waiting for orders. Kitchen was not swept at all.

Drive thru wasn't bad, only two cars in front of me.took about 5mins to reach the window. I wasn't driving, the person driving. always speeds in drive thru. I think his record is, two& a half car lengts in under 5mins

Slowest Wendy’s ever and you may or may not get the right food. Food is below par for a Wendy’s. Avoid this place - next Wendays is just down the road.

There was a huge wait when they werent that busy and the order was small. Very disappointed in a 15+min wait with a baby in the car and no care from employees.

Its the closest wendys to my job. Food has always been good. Its the details they lack on. For example when we ask for sauces...please give me the ones i ask for.

Food was greasy as usual. Slow service when dining in. The place was a little dirty and needed to be wiped down. The bathroom was a bit dirty and needed to be maintained.

Not the greatest Wendy's I've been to. The workers are young and inexperienced, so my expectations are low to begin with. I can only tolerate my nugget sauces being forgotten so many times, though...
