Pretzel was stale and hard- probably at least a day old
I wanted a parmesan pretzel and the lady said she wouldn't make it so I got a salt pretzel and it was black burnt and so hard I couldn't bite it...so disappointed

We grabbed some pretzel bites to take home, dumped them out in dish to share at home and found the majority of the pretzel bites were burnt. 😞 ….positive note, the girl who was running the stand was nice.
Went to use my free pretzel she said it takes a half hour to make so all we could order was bits before she even prepped and gave us our food 6 pretzels came out I don't think Melissa was paying attention to what was going on was not pleased.

Decent pretzel, horrible cheese. The cheese was fine, I just don't care for the flavor I chose. The guy that served me was friendly and respectful.

I am so disappointed to here that The Capital Mall is turning their backs on their community and closing the Oly Theater space! They gave them no notice, inturupting on going projects. Once again corporate greed steps on the Arts. Shame on you Capital Mall! This shows just how out of touch they are with the community. Now I have one more reason not to shop there.
Next time cook your pretzles all the way and make sure they are not raw I got food poisoning and had a old lady worker tried telling me it isn't raw I'm not stupid I knew it was raw when it's squishy and doughy

I am a senior. Came and had a pretzel while my wife shopped at the mall. I got a big pretzel with side of cheese and a drink. The pretzel.was not fully cooked..I went back to thewindow, they said they couldn't do anything about it. MO apology , nothing

Rude. Zero Customer service. I just stood there and neither of the boys aknowledged me. Do not spend your money here at the Capitol mall location.
Horrible customer service. Didn't even give me what I wanted and then gave me an attitude about it.

Terrible customer service. Order in front of me took over 10 min because the person ringing them up was chit chatting with co-workers. Bare hand being put into the bitz bags. No pretzels were ready.
Stood in line for 10 minutes just to be told they're only accepting cash. Unacceptable customer service.
