The thing I like about their pretzel dogs is that they are almost undercooked so that when you bite in them, the dough next to the hot dog is a little raw so that it's yeasty. It gives the snack a mix of mouthfeel and flavors. The problem is that not everyone likes yeasty uncooked dough, but with a little ketchup and mustard, it's a nice treat to bring into the theater across the way. In fact, if you show your movie ticket, you get $2 off your order at Wetzel's so you should definitely head over there.

I am a senior. Came and had a pretzel while my wife shopped at the mall. I got a big pretzel with side of cheese and a drink. The pretzel.was not fully cooked..I went back to thewindow, they said they couldn't do anything about it. MO apology , nothing

Unfortunately I wish I could give this place a better review but they had 3 employees on staff. 1 gentleman waiting for food. I had to wait to even be talked to for to be waited on another 3 minutes later. Unfortunately customer service is key. Talking about life and general stuff can be done after customers been helped. When helped it was better. That's why the 2 stars instead of a 1.

This place should close down there little stand ,I got a reg pretzel and it was hard as a rock.. lady said I can go replace it at the store ,meaning I ha e to walk all the way down the other end.Nobody should ever have to replace it at the store. The little stand just serves old cold food. Never again will buy from them. How they stay in business is beyond me
