Employees went out of there way to complete my order exactly as I requested it. Ordered my meal to go, but decided to eat it there. They switched the bun to the type I wanted, and even gave me a bag in case I wanted to take part of the order with me. Outstanding customer service. I'll go back soon and often!
This review is directed specifically toward the Philly cheese sandwich, please take it off the menu, worst sandwich ever, it’s not steak and it’s not cheese, it’s thin sliced roast beef in what appears to be cheese flavored mayonnaise and taste horrible, and very soggy, even the outside of the bun is all wet with this mayonnaise stuff, the sandwich is sloppy and quite messy, very very disappointing, get rid of it Arby’s, your better then that! , I love Arby’s, #4 smoked...
