Wednesday of this week 8/29/23 we went to the omak burger King. The drive threw. Took about 10 to have anyone even take our order maybe longer once we ordered we waited over 20 minutes. When we got to the window I told the guy 20mintues is long to wait for fast food . The kid told me it wasn't their fault at that point told him he could keep the food. I'm very upset that this happened I like bk but I don't know if I will go back.

When I come here it’s always around 7pm or later, and I have never had a bad experience. I have very high expectations, and most fast food places just never meet it.. sure this isn’t gourmet food.. it’s Burger King.. but the service however is always amazing. I always get my food fast, and today was the first issue I have ever had with this location and the manager did an amazing job taking care of me. I’m extremely pleased and love coming here!
