Always friendly, and convenient while shopping. The selection isn't as robust as a normal branch version, but still good. They do a great job and I'm happy with the service I get.
Drinks were great as usual, the young girl that made our drinks was lovely and got our drinks to us asap. The older lady that took our order on the other hand was very loud and rushed us along with others behind us. She also carried a very rude tone. This is the only review under 5 stars that I've left for any Starbucks. I understand if you are about to get off work or you've had a long day but customer service is always key. I will likely not be visiting this Starbucks again...read full review

This Starbucks is a hit and miss.. sometimes you get what you want and sometimes you get what they want to make you.. flavor wise I mean.. most of the workers there are pretty nice and willing to fix the problems; others not so much.. still I’m happy we have them in omak. I love the refreshers!
