Waited in line for 10 min. Went to order and was told I could not get a Venti...because the cups were in the back. Wow, 3 workers and they don't even have their supplies together

This Starbucks is a hit and miss.. sometimes you get what you want and sometimes you get what they want to make you.. flavor wise I mean.. most of the workers there are pretty nice and willing to fix the problems; others not so much.. still I’m happy we have them in omak. I love the refreshers!

I get the same drink for the last 10 years. Simple two shot soy latte. The lady charged me for a double and made me a single. When asked she was rude and said I can put another shot in it. Ended up not being soy and the shots were burnt. Two of the same coffee. Waste of 12 bucks. They used to have amazing staff and management....and good made coffee. Now a waste of your money.

I used to love this Starbucks in Omak but ever since they started hiring new employees they would start making my drinks gross. I went in today this is how it came out absolutely disappointed

Always friendly, and convenient while shopping. The selection isn't as robust as a normal branch version, but still good. They do a great job and I'm happy with the service I get.
