La Autentica is a food truck in Omak serving authentic Mexican food. The tacos are fantastic, fresh, flavorful, and authentic, with delicious red and green salsas. The burritos are fantastic too; the chicken and beef are available, and the beef is the star burrito. The food is fresh, big, and good value, with a fair price point. The staff and owners are friendly and great, making customers feel welcome. The location is nice with a shaded spot. The only complaint is they need a hotter sauce, maybe habanero, for people who love the heat. Highly recommended.
