Are here while waiting for our ferry. The food is fresh and very tasty. The staff are super friendly. Amazing ambiance and beautiful bay views. The Inn itself is historic, big and beautiful
Kid-friendliness: There are many rooms to explore at the Inn with games and game boards. Lots of outdoor seating and big yard to explore and play
Orcas Hotel Cafe is a great place to grab a quick coffee or have a hearty meal! The staff treated us like family during our stay at the hotel. 10/10 would recommend

We waited a half hour and didn’t get our food. We asked the staff about it and were told we were in the queue and would be called out in order, after we watched a lot of people who came later get their orders. We went back after another 15 min and asked again and they said they pushed the order to the front. We asked to change to a to-go order after another 15min when the ferry was coming in and they didn’t have a ticket for our order at all. We got a refund and got loaded on the ferry without ever eating.

Great historical hotel right at the ferry dock with amazing views of Shaw Island. Ideal patio for watching sunsets with a cold beverage while watching the ferries come/ go. Stayed here for 3 nights and loved the place.

Absolutely lovely little place! Went there yesterday while waiting for the ferry and it was great. Food was delicious and I wish I had of got their names but the 2 girls I interacted with were freaking awesome! Who knows when it'll be but I'd love to stop by here again when we're around

Absolute best pulled pork sandwich I've ever had! They smoke it for 15 hours, and it shows. Even the slaw was super tasty. The cod fish'n'chips was also delicious. Great views, and super cute interior.

This place is very quaint so do not expect any amenities. We did not have fitted sheets, coffee makers, counter space, tissues, extra toilet paper or decent heating/AC. They also changed the code to get in without notifying anybody so we had to ask another guest how to enter. They are pretty short staffed so we had to wait quite a while for somebody to be available to check us in. The cafe looked cute but we did not try it. Overall it was fine but I would not stay here again.

Superlative, consistently exceeds expectations. We have been visiting the Orcas Hotel Cafe since 1998 and it has proven a much better experience than we could hope for every single time.

Great breakfast burrito while waiting for the ferry. I ate at the cafe / counter service side. Decent menu (posted). The barista was accommodating and well versed. We hung out on the porch rocking chairs and waited for the ferry to come in.

Well, it’s a very nice location and very nice food. The wait was on the longer side, but maybe it just seemed long because I was so hungry I had been to this place once before and both times I ordered French fries, as they are my favorite food and I order them whenever they are available. But, both times the fries were just not salty enough. Though, the French fries themselves were nearly perfect

There was live music which was a plus but the food wasn’t all too great and took a while. I got the chicken sandwich (without pickles or mayo) and when the food arrived, the fries were not that good and the lettuce on the sandwich was wilted and gross. While the food was not great the service was pretty good and the atmosphere was great.
