I ordered take out for a friend, but they said the food has now made this restaurant their new favorite place. I ordered nachos and carne de rez plates. It looks delicious..If I wasnt 3 hrs away, I would totally go! The staff was very kind and helpful.
I am usually in Oroville during the summer but was here for a few days this spring. I was very happy to see that Trinos was open as it is our favorite restaurant here. One night I had the Arroz con Pollo and the next I had the mole chicken. Both dishes came out looking picture perfect and the flavours were 'muy deliciosa'. Trino was a great host. Friendly and very informative of the community and happenings around town. True authentic Mexican cuisine and atmosphere. We had a salad and Burito which were excellent. Not very busy these days with all the unrest in the system, these border towns suffer with tensions that are not fair.
