“Five stars for Shonda, the bartender at Spar Pole Bar & Grill in Sumner. She was attentive and made sure I had everything I needed, but she wasn’t overbearing. She’d check in every so often to see how things were going, or if she noticed something on my face that didn’t look right, she’d ask if everything was okay. She really made the experience great. The atmosphere here is awesome and the prices are just right.”

“Walking into Modoo 3 Teriyaki, the first thing that hits you is how clean, neat, and organized the restaurant feels. It sets the tone immediately. You know you’re in a place that takes pride in both presentation and hospitality.

The customer service is outstanding. Staff are friendly, quick, and genuinely welcoming, which makes the whole experience feel easy and comfortable.

What really surprised me is the huge menu. This isn’t just a teriyaki spot. They offer everything from Thai dishes to Japanese sushi, Chinese favorites, classic teriyaki plates, and even bubble tea. It’s the kind of menu where everyone can find something they love.

I tried the Mango Bubble Tea. The flavor wasn’t overpowering, but it was refreshing and enjoyable making it a solid choice if you like something balanced rather than super sweet.

But the real star of the meal was the orange chicken. Big chunks, great texture, and a bright, bold orange flavor that stands out. Honestly, it’s one of the best orange chickens I’ve had in a long time. The portion sizes are large, and the prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality and variety.

If you want a clean, friendly spot with a massive menu and standout dishes, especially that orange chicken, Modoo 3 Teriyaki is absolutely worth a visit.”

“I recently popped into the Starbucks in Orting, and let me tell you, it was a delightful experience. The staff there were so warm and welcoming. I shared with one of the baristas that my dear father was turning 79 today, and she was truly engaged in our conversation. I also mentioned that my father had never had a cranberry bliss bar, so I wanted to gift him one. It was a heartwarming moment. I highly recommend this spot!”

I think the bread is a little overbaked, and the employee I got my sandwich from today had a good attitude, but he needed a little more attention to detail on the spread. He was at least proactive and willing to work, so I definitely give me a lot of credit for that. It just... Didn't taste as good as I hoped because the bread was a little too baked (dark brown-ish), and the tomatoes seemed small, either that or romas, so it threw off the taste. For a $10-13 purchase, I would have hoped for a little more, but I was in a pinch and needed a quick sandwich so it worked out, but the ingredients definitely could be cut a little better and baked better. I'm not sure if that's his fault. I doubt it. It's whoever baked the bread.”

“Delicious burger. I drove out here to try it and was not disappointed. I ordered the double cheeseburger and a peach milkshake.
I didn't realize it was drive thru only so I missed the turn a few times. It's located in the U-Haul parking lot.
The service staff were kind and personable. They were also quick with taking orders and answered my question about the deluxe grilled cheese (basically, it's cheeseburger without the patty, lol)

If you have an In N Out craving, I highly recommend coming here. I'd argue the burgers are higher quality here.”

The omakase experience is where Sushi Kuma really shines. Not only is the price amazing for what you get, but the sheer abundance and variety make it feel like a full culinary journey. I’m used to the traditional omakase style where you’re served piece by piece, but here it felt so much more thoughtful and generous. There were starters, appetizers, beautifully prepared sashimi, a wide selection of nigiri and sushi, incredible entrées, and even dessert to finish things off. From start to finish, the entire experience was marvelous”
