12.20.25 I wish I didn't tip. 3 girls working in here today. I ordered 4 drinks and they couldn't get it right. It could have been that they were too busy entertaining the guy in the silver Tacoma who didn't order anything.
This is the second time this week that ordering at this location has disappointed me. It makes me want to stop going to any of the other locations even though I haven't had any issues at any other Cafe Elite. Once they made my coffee right it was great but the service is consistently poor at this location.

I’m honestly surprised with how my service just went… I loved coming here and that experience I just had killed it for me. Not only were the 2 girls not friendly at all I waited 15 mins in line for 1 coffee that wasn’t even made right at all. I shouldn’t have tipped at all. Not coming back now.. ladies I hope you aren’t like this with all the customers coming through.

I always have such a good experience. The gals are always friendly and drinks are good. Yesterday there was only 1 girl working and the wait was longer than normal but she was the sweetest apologizing offering a free drink. Never a bad experience.

I got my receipt and signed it and left no tip. I then proceeded to get charged for a tip a couple hours later that I didn't leave. So they need to look thru there staff cause they have a thief choosing there own tips and stealing money from customers. Used to love going here now I will never again

I'm not a coffee drinker but sometimes I'll get energy drinks, Cafe elite has A large selection of flavor ideas for your energy drinks. You can also get muddy sodas if you want something like that without the caffeine, I often get muddy sodas instead because I do not drink caffeine often

Every Wednesday going to work I'm greeted by the same friendly faces. One of the workers is new and very friendly and her trainer has been there awhile and super nice also.
