Usually Gravity is my favorite place to go in Orting..but unfortunately today service was not up to my usual top tier standard given from there. A girl took my order and was very rushed and gave me my receipt all crumpled up in the clip board..ofcourse I gave her the benefit of the doubt since anyone can have a bad day and it's none of my business..but to have received a VERY watered down chocolate peanut butter shake that had absolutely NO peanut butter and barely any chocolate. Just basically a slushy with a hint of chocolate. Very disappointed with my service today.

I’ve never been turned away while a place was still open because they were “closing soon”. If a patron comes while the business is still open, they are served. I understand prepping for The close, but turning away business while you’re open because you’re ready to close is not a thing. You’re making drinks not full course meals. I won’t be back.

Wait was waaaaaaaaay too long. 2 baristas 3 cars on each side. No one was moving after 15 mins?Need to train better please. Service has gone way down. Used to have really friendly and fast gals.I give you guys business on occasion but this is part of the reason I stopped coming...Sunday morning 11am.
