1st time great, next time on weekend fish was almost burnt 2 pieces like leather, decided to try again and when we spoke to kim about our poor experience, she proceeded to tell us about her bottom line as restaurant owner, and her slim profit margins, not my problems we left. Kim I'm sure your doing just fine on the profit margin, especially since u stand directly over customer to see if you got your tip and how much...that was 3 years ago. We still laugh about your profit margin story.

Went in just for a pumpkin flavored milkshake and really enjoyed it. Hard to find a great milkshake these days and they have a machine like my family had in their restaurant when I was young. Very good and worth the price.

I had a cheeseburger and onion rings and both were wonderful. The cheeseburger came with a large patty, lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions and a mayo sauce. It was very satisfying, I don't know how people eat a double or triple. The onion rings were hot and crisp with just the right amount of batter, and I'm picky about onion rings. The staff seems to go out of thier way to make you feel welcome, asking if they can get you anything and a thank you for coming as you leave. I like this place and recommend it.

5 star service and food... We ordered fish and chips, Philly cheese steak, and Hawaiian chicken sandwich with fries and shake.. there were three of us in the party and all of us said the same thing that we would definitely be back. It's not the cheapest place in town for a burger or to have a Philly cheesesteak, however, the fish and chips was very reasonable priced and the quality of all 3 items ordered is better than any steakhouse around... Hands down Service was excellent. The gentleman taking our orders was knowledgeable and very friendly and it was fast. Bathrooms were spotlessly clean and well as the restaurant... Overall five star experience...

We ordered several food items and we didn't get our food order after having them repeat it over the phone and charge a full price for sweet potato fries to replacement for regular without mention the extra charge. What happen to the customer is always right? I guess if messes with the bottom line it goes out the window!
I'm very disappointed because we support our local business in this small community.

How have we lived in Bonney Lake and not heard about Herfeys. We tried it last night and everything was delicious and plentiful, from shrimp(huge) and chips to jalapeño poppers to Philly Cheesecake sandwich to milkshakes. More importantly, the customer service was phenomenal! They greeted everyone, offered to help carry food to the car, inquired about our food , made recommendations and were patient and kind to seniors., Haven’t seen employees be this kind and helpful in any restaurant. It was a pleasure to eat there and we will def be back. Kudos to the staff!

I've been eating Herfy burgers for years. In my mind there are locations that are far superior to others. There are some i will never go to again, and others that i just love! This location gets repeated visits from me! Very clean, the burgers are tasty, the service is friendly. I had just gone to the vet and called in an order. I had my pup in the car and I rushed in to pay and to quickly get back to the car. The cashier was quick, no line, gave me a cup for my pup to have water, and brought my food out to my car. I very much appreciated this. I will be back with my family and my fur babies.
