Excellent excellent customer service. How to rate this three stars for being a small McDonald’s and a small town you would assume the quality would be higher but the chicken is soggy. It just doesn’t cut it.

The front staff was soo helpful and generous. So kind to me and my son made his day handing food to him. Then there was a really cool interactive table in the dining area. Great experience at a McDonald's

I frequently buy from this location and there is a young girl who takes your money and her name is Ella I believe and she is so sweet! Very courteous and is very genuinely sweet and not fake. You guys need more employee this!

They could really use new management immediately! Every single time I have come in there mind you its at least weekly sometimes multiple times a week for various reasons the supervisors are ALWAYS just sitting there talking at a table literally EVERY TIME the WHOLE time and then really have the audacity to treat customers and employees horribly FROM THE TABLE!! It's literally the most unprofessional thing I've ever seen. Especially while their employees are struggling and needing help they still continue to sit there doing nothing.

I finally decided I did want to share my drive-thru experience from the other day. I know that stores ask people to pull forward on occasion to save time on their drive thru lines but it has been happening to me EVERY TIME I order and this last time was ridiculous. All I ever get is a McDouble meal deal with a coke, and this last time there was a truck and trailer who had already pulled ahead and was taking both of the pull ahead spots, and there was no one behind me, so when they looked out the window and saw that, I simply said, “well since both spots ahead are full and no one is behind me, I guess I’ll wait right here for my food.” Well the girl at the drive thru didn’t like that at all and said, “well since it is going to be a minute I will have to ask you to go ahead and pull right behind the truck sir.” Okay, I know you’re trying to keep your drive thru times low but this was a ridiculous request. BOTH SPOTS ARE FULL, THERE IS NO ONE BEHIND ME, AND ALL I ORDERED WAS A PLAIN MCDOUBLE AND FRIES. I feel like they care more about their precious times than serving the customer here, I honestly don’t recommend this store.
I would give this facility 0 stars if I could. They never get my order right, half of my orders are missing items, and I have had issues with them downsizing my drinks when I paid for the bigger one. If you want what you paid for, I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere because this location is incapable of fulfilling basic orders.
