The app is easy to use. The kids love the pepperoni. The adults love the garlic chicken. Cooking the pizzas is always super easy.

I order from here pretty often and the staff are always very nice. However, I had a problem with my pizza and have yet to hear from the store. They said they needed to talk to the manager and they would contact me. It seemed like when the pizza was made something got left between the pizza and the tray which then burned when cooking making it inedible. Just very disappointing customer service. Also makes me think twice about going here.

This Papa Murphys is THE WORST!Every single time I have gone in, they have gotten my order wrong. EVERY SINGLE TIME, no matter who the employee is.There is also a very loud obnoxious woman who works there. Her mouth really makes the whole waiting process unbearable. The way she talks down to the other employees in front of customers, is ridiculous.I have tried so many times over the years to give them the benefit of the doubt, thinking after so much time goes by, that surely things would have changed, but nope. After several years of trying, my family is now completely done with this location!Make the drive to the Graham location on 224th and Meridian.The employees always get it right, are polite and respectful, don't skimp on the toppings, and the pizza always tastes better.

Order was supposed to be ready at 4:45. Been here an hour with 30 other people only to find out that if you tell them you're here they put you at the top of the list (skipping over 100 orders they have printed out). I feel bad for the kids making pizza but the way this is being handled is absolute garbage. SO many pissed customers because your pickup time doesn't matter. Cut thru 30 people, tell them you're here & cut the line!
