2 months ago I ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and some wings.The wings were okay, but the pizza was disgusting and dry like it had sat for an hour before I picked it up. I called and they gave me a $20 credit. I called tonight to get my $20 credit, they couldn't find anything on my account. They were nice enough to give me the credit anyways, so I ordered the new pizza bites pizza with the 3 dipping sauces. It was disgusting!! Everything was dry, the cheese in the bites were burnt and hard, the sauces were TINY, only enough for 1 person. If it hadn't already been free because they messed up the 1st time, I'd have been really mad..Again... We won't EVER be going there again! I'm Soo disappointed, I used to LoVE pizza Hut's stuffed crust 😞.
My account was hacked and someone used my reward points to order a pizza. This particular location is in a state I’ve never even been to. Since calling takes you to a call center first they had to transfer me and no one picked up so I couldn’t cancel the pizza before the thief got it. Was told there were three orders around the same time with the same total and almost like mine. So others had their points stolen as well. I was given the number to call to try and get my points back but disappointed it happened at all.
Over an hour past delivery time and didn’t even get what I ordered. WILL NOT ORDER HERE AGAIN.

The driver did not knock on my door I called them an hour and a 1/2 later to find that my pizza was left out my doorstep without.
No knock no door bell ring I have dogs. My dogs did not bark. Call them and then realize that my pizza was on my doorstep for an hour
Got a pizza for lunch on 10/4/2024. The pizza was drowning in sauce that's all you could taste. I had to pull each slice I ate apart and scrape the sauce off. Don't know about you but not to happy I had to fingerling my pizza to eat it.

Order a double pepperoni and when I come back home and opened I can see a few slices of pizza with only a single pepperoni on it. That is not ok:(

I have ordered from this store before. No problem. Today I ordered, the pizza was burnt on the bottom and partially on the top. I couldn't cut through the pizza where cuts were attempted. I want to attach pictures. I have been a loyal customer, but I won't be ordering from this store anymore!! 😡

Meat lovers pizza and Canadian pineapple pizza was a huge disappointment, absolutely small amount of toppings. I highly recommend not wasting your money. There was maybe one piece of pineapple on the entire pizza it was cut up so small. The meat situation was lacking so much I was like where did it go!

Poor customer service at this location. I added on an 18% tip to ensure my "curbside pickup" was brought to my vehicle as I had a sleeping baby as well as being in a meeting for work. I waited so long, I ended up having to go inside to pick up my order all the while the employees stood around chit-chatting amongst each other. One employee even saw me, made eye contact and continued to go next door to a burger restaurant ignoring the fact they had a customer outside waiting.

$35 for one large pizza with 5 toppings is crazy!!! $7 deliverey free... I'm assuming that's for the top for the driver, otherwise it would be over $40!!! Never again Pizza Hut, never again!

Ordered a pizza online… estimated delivery at 6:24.. at 6:50 I called for an update. Carlos told me he’d transfer me to a manager and placed me on a 27 minute hold. 16 minutes into the hold my husband called the store and they answered right away and told him the same, that they would place him on a hold for a manager. Never did hear from anyone. After 30 minutes we hung up, it was clear no one was going to answer. Very frustrating
