I recently popped into the Starbucks in Orting, and let me tell you, it was a delightful experience. The staff there were so warm and welcoming. I shared with one of the baristas that my dear father was turning 79 today, and she was truly engaged in our conversation. I also mentioned that my father had never had a cranberry bliss bar, so I wanted to gift him one. It was a heartwarming moment. I highly recommend this spot!

I understand it's slow because one person is working. I was in line and a couple more people were standing behind me, but after finishing my front order, I asked not me but my back person for cup size, and they made orders for my back person and She ignored me I just stood there blank and wait a bit but I had to just walked out. My time was wasted by that barista! That's too much!!

Terrible customer service by the some of the younger staff. "We aren't Starbucks we are Safeway" Hmmm you're still representing their brand and you're not following their protocol so do it right and make it right when it's wrong.
The barista ignored customers for 5 minutes-clearly waiting in line. Then when orders were placed she had no interest in getting drinks made in a timely manner. I have never waited this long here and am a regular. Had to leave empty handed, would have been late for my shift otherwise. Usually I make my own coffee but had extra time this morning for a “treat”. Morning shift 2/15/24

So slow. 3 people ahead of me in line and waited for 20 minutes just to order. They take one order at a time, make that order while everyone waits and then helps the next person. No hello or acknowledgement. After waiting my drink wasn’t good. A shaken espresso is easy to make, hard to mess up. At least my bacon wrap was heated through.

Charlie said he has to go on break and is not able to make my drink that will take less than 5 minutes. He will take his break before 30 minutes of closing. He didn’t even acknowledge me and brushed me off.

I never ever asked employee's name at the Starbucks before.Jessica.You have a major attitude. You are working in CUSTOMER SERVICE. I suggest you leave your attitude at home prior to clock in your shift!! That attitude also give bad name to Starbucks!! Check the camera with your manager and see how you treat the customer!!
