I just went to order a turkey Titan on a mini and I have always ordered one because I know I can’t eat a full 6 inch and I was just told I was not able to put a turkey Titan on a mini and it’s a kid sandwich and I happen to be an adult Keep in mind I ordered it every single time

We get here at 8:32 am door is close, person who works here don’t open until 8:38am and once we walk in she said they don’t open until 9am because her system is updating. This is so annoying change your business hours from 9am to whatever not 8:30am if you not opening on time. To top it off she was so rude!

My girlfriend and I have eaten here at the Orting Subway for the past few months and its been a very enjoyable experience. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating, the food is always fresh and delicious, and there's nice booths to eat your food at. We always leave feeling full.

The manager Kim was rude, telling me their Coupon Machine didn’t work, when has there ever been a coupon machine? Since we didn’t order she refused to let us use the restroom, saying it was out of order. This isn’t the 1st time this has happened with her attitude.

Kim the manager was rude I offered to pay for extra of what I wanted and I got told we can’t do that. I have come from customer service and I swear the customers is always right, especially if they’re willing to pay it’s not like they’re asking for it for free.

This Subway is by far the worst customer service deli I have ever been too. Employee 999997 has no emotions at all... If a machine was making and delivering sandwiches it would have a better personality then this employee... She almost ruined my appetite...

I ordered a pickup order and when I called to talk about the fact that my sandwich was made wrong, I was told I was wrong in my complaint, and she knew she made it right... so instead of offering a quick solution, she argued with me... I'm missing a few ingredients miss..🙄

If you don't enjoy your job,then why do you work there? Wasn't offered any suggestions or options, asked for nice veggies got the worst looking tomatoes, had to request to have them removed. She was in such a hurry to finish my sandwich she barely put any sauce on it, had to ask for more but she was already cutting the sandwich, no offer for salt n pepper or oil and vinegar. Witch is one of the reasons I decided to spend $15 on a sandwich. So lady with all the tattoos and dark hair. Why not find a job you enjoy and let someone that would help being business back work there instead of having them not return. Ps I was only person in the restaurant. Don't understand why the rush and hurry to just go back to sweeping....

I ordered a 6 inch pepperoni sandwich, there was such a small amount of pepperoni on it, it was all bread! It didnt cover the bread at all only the middle of the sandwich, it really looked like a joke, I so wish I would have taken a picture to post! To put the amount on it needed to cover the bread I would have had to pay for extra meat. I love Subway and order this all the time at other Subways and NEVER have experienced this. Subway is not cheap, and for the price there should be a good amount of meat on the sandwich!

As soon as we walked in the door, the employee asked if we ordered take out and we said no. She stated it would be a 30 to 40 minute wait because she was working on on-line orders and that she was the only one working. We walked out and your business lost a sale because your employee was rude and in my experience the walk-in customer should get priority over phone orders. You have one employee covering on line, phone and walk in customers. I understand people call in sick and it's hard to find people to work, but really bad management.
