This is what I'd call an old fashioned diner with great food from burgers to a Reuben to fish and chips. All of the food is delicious. I highly recommend it.

My boyfriend and I went here for dinner and it was amazing! The salad is crisp,fresh delicious..The chicken pot pie the best I had! My bf loved the fries..The waitress Lisa was amazing! Very sweet,funny ,helpful and made our experience here the best!! I would definitely recommend this restaurant to others,and we will be back..

We really like this place. Been there twice since our daughter and family moved to Orting.
Where do I even begin?! I was having a really hard day and a long day at that. I got home and didn’t want to cook so I decided instead of going into Tim’s Kitchen I would order from Tim’s and hope the food came fresh and it was good. I’ve been in there a few times and I believe this is the same waitress I’ve had when I’ve came in after work but I’m not totally sure. Anyway, I got my food and I’m opening it up and I notice this bright piece of paper in there and thought oh weird and then I read it. It put a smile on my face and for it to even be “personalized” means she took the time out of her day to write me a note just because… She didn’t have to do that.. She could have just thrown my food in there like every other place does. She also added ketchup, napkins, and utensils so I didn’t need to get off my couch for anything which was much needed. I know it’s a little gesture but now days it’s hard to get good business let alone good people anywhere I feel like.. People that enjoy their job and want to make you smile. If that was her intent than it worked. I am sure I’m not the only one she writes these to but just know little touches like this go a long way so thank you Ashlee for making my evening a little brighter on a very long day. I will be stopping in soon and hope to meet you if I haven’t already! I’m hoping she sees this! If not I’ll be in to show her that I wrote a review based off her little note.

I want to start this out by saying I’ve been a long time customer of Tim’s and absolutely love the severs for the most part. I always ask their names and most recently I’ve had Ashley, Lisa, and I think an Emma if I remember correctly. They’re all so kind, caring, help me to my car when I’ve needed it, made sure I left there happy. This weekend I had family in town and we went to Tim’s twice Saturday and Sunday morning both days I notice a waitress behind the counter (glasses, brown hair) yelling at the other servers and I would be surprised if they stay. She was screaming so loud over syrup being spilt on the floor and not cleaned up all the way… Things are going to happen, accidents happen, it was so busy in there I am sure the server would of cleaned it the second they got a chance. I actually will not be bringing my family there on the weekends anymore or go in for awhile. I called to complain but nobody was available because I felt so bad the look of embarrassment on the other waitresses faces. Lisa was our waitress this weekend and i apologized to her for someone treating her and the others so badly.. I can’t believe that lady yells like that myself and other customers were just starring over at her and she did not care…please address this before you lose great staff…

We went here on Tuesday 6.3.25. They advertise that they have meatloaf on Tuesdays after 4P. We got there at 5P and there was only 1 left - and it wasn’t busy. It’s almost certainly meatloaf left from the prior week. Everyone had the same complaint about the food - how salty it was. The meatloaf, potatoes, tater tots, pork chops, etc were all HEAVILY salted. If you have high blood pressure or need a low sodium diet this is not for you. My mother has been retaining fluid and has needed to increase her BP meds for the last couple days. I suspect they use an abundance of salt because they are stretching the shelf life of their food. Other than being extremely salty, it was also pretty bland. There was no wait, service was okay, but if you have high blood pressure or health issues please don’t risk it - no human should ever consume as much salt as the cooks added on Tuesday. I have no idea if this was a one off or new cook who uses tons of salt but we won’t be back to find out at this point.
