“Quality track truck. Came back here with my Dad and ordered a cuban sandwich and beef quesadilla. The quality was above what you expect for a food truck, and freshest greens I've seen. Came here on a Monday first before people came here. Took a while for our food. No complaints on quality though. I'd just recommend calling ahead to save time.”

Then if you're wondering if it's authentic. Make sure to bring your translator. Because the language is authentic as well. Great service, the best food and a little piece of Mexico for the atmosphere.

“This is a very popular place with the locals. In a restaurant with about 40+ Friday night diners, my Wifey and I were the only Anglos in there, and that heightened the anticipation for their comida. Patience paid off amazingly, because this was some of the most incredible Mex we've had in Central WA. I ordered Chicharrones in Salsa Verde, and that's something you are not going to find in your favorite gringo Mex joint when you take grandma out to lunch. Spec-tac-ular. Be advised, the verde sauce here is not just hot--it's wicked hot. And they give you an ample amount of fresh made tortillas for your meal, not just one or two. Wifey was in her happy place with what they call a Super Sope. It was plate-sized, and the marinated chicken was absolutely delicious. Everything was so, so fresh. You will wait for your meal, but so was everyone else. What a truly satisfying first experience in this town...”

“Wow! I ordered the carne asada plate. The most delicious meal in town by far. I received 3 big tender pieces of carne asada. Extremely good rice and thick refried beans.
