I went to my local burger king for the new maple bourbon bbq whopper. the person who attend me was very nice and welcoming and answered all my questions about the new whopper. i got my food pretty quickly and overall had a great experience.

Stopped at about 8pm on a Friday night. The restaurant lobby was TRASHED, garbage over flowing from the cans, spilled juice and pop all over the floor and counters. It took over 20 minutes - 20 minutes at a FAST FOOD joint, to get my food which was cold by the time I got it. I usually stop here on my way from Seattle to Idaho, but no more, I am finding another place that has a little more respect for the patrons who will be tired and hungry, and appreciate a CLEAN place to stop and eat.

Never buying food here again. I ordered food online and they didn’t have any of what I ordered. I asked for replacements since they don’t want to give refund and they answer with. No, we don’t have anything to replace it with. So, why can’t I get a refund if u don’t have anything

$5 Make It Your Way Meal and soft serve ice cream cone order took the reign of four emperors to be served, cues were clearly taken from McDonald's as the ice dispenser in the soda fountain is busted, I was constantly being pestered by flies, and the bathroom stall looked like someone went to Taco Bell, got explosive diarrhea and then proceeded to smear his snail trail waste product on the wall.

Went through the drive through. Didn't seem busy but was directed to park and wait. Two different people came to the register and asked for payment a second time it was outrageous already and the young Spanish speaking gal could barely understand English to even repeat our order back.
We've made multiple trips through Othello and have found this location to be a great stop for a quick snack and allow the kids to stretch their arms and legs in the indoor playground.

Ketchup machine was out. No ice. Fries were very bland. The soda machine tastes like either just the soda water or the syrup (tried all of them to see and ended up with water). The bathrooms were filthy and garbages were overflowing. Although the staff were helpful, we weren’t asked if we wanted any sauces with our nuggets. We wouldn’t stop here again.
