I came in today through drive-through and my order was slightly messed up, And when I called about the issue The gentleman who I spoke to was very professional. Mistakes but being able to get a Customer Service makes It a whole lot easier to deal with so I appreciate it
Just another McDonald's. Stopped here to grab lunch on the drive home from Leavenworth. Used the kiosk to order, service was fast. But almost got knocked out when the ice machine fell apart and a large plastic piece about 2 feet long bounced off my head and fell to the floor. Told the counter staff about the machine but they didn't appear very concerned about it.
Went through the drive thru for the first time as we were driving through Othello. Service was possibly some of the best I have received from a McDonald’s! Both employees who helped us were friendly, upbeat, made eye contact, smiled and called me ma’am. Nothing above and beyond but notably different than you experience these days at a fast food restaurant!
