Surprisingly, this little, sleepy town knocks off pretty early. Even on a Saturday night. But not this taco truck. They were busy, post 9PM, and cranking out bueno comida for those who were still up and about. I'm pretty tall, so I could actually see inside their truck ops, and I could tell they've been parked here for quite awhile, serving the later evening crowd, because it was a cluttered mess inside. Quality track truck. Came back here with my Dad and ordered a cuban sandwich and beef quesadilla. The quality was above what you expect for a food truck, and freshest greens I've seen. Came here on a Monday first before people came here. Took a while for our food. No complaints on quality though. I'd just recommend calling ahead to save time.

Wow, some of the best taco truck food I've ever had. Absolutely splendid. Service was great, food came quick and despite just passing through, we felt very welcome. Definitely recommend!
