We stayed in A Shore Thing, the week before Memorial Day 2022. We have 3 kids (9,11,13) and it was the perfect smaller place that was dog friendly (our dog likes the beach more than we do!).
The new owners are VERY open to suggestions, and I am sure they will iron out the minor kinks with a little time.

Don’t waste your money.
Home is in need of some serious maintenance. Walls are damaged and in need of new paint, carpets upstairs are stained and need to be replaced. None of the windows have screens on them, and the heating system is inconsistent. The home was dirty when we checked in, kitchen faucet was falling apart, door under the kitchen sink was falling off, coffee table is so rocky you can barely put a drink on it.
