This place is awful. I placed a to-go order online, received a confirmation email and waited 40 minutes for my food. When I went in to pick it up, the host told me they weren’t taking to go orders and “forgot to turn it off” so it would be another 30 minutes for the food. I asked them to just cancel it because I had already waited so long and they said it could take about a week for the charges to reverse. Ridiculous experience and way to treat a customer who left a 20% tip on a $40 takeout order.

Samantha went out of her way to accommodate 6 of us celebrating a special birthday 🎈🎂 The food, music, ambience provided the perfect kick off to our 3 day getaway! Thank you, Sam 😊

Utterly a disgrace to be recognized as a business.
Poor management and lack of quality control.
Overpriced garbage dump .2/10.

Our family stayed at Seabrook for Thanksgiving holiday and stopped in for drinks the Saturday after. Great service from Alexis, Amelia and the staff!

Unfortunately had the worst customer service. Watched 3 other tables of guests walk out before we decided to do the same. Have eaten there prior food is OK.

We had one of the worst dining experiences we have ever had here a few nights ago. Sat in the restaurant for 2 hours and never got our food. We were told over and over again it would be out in 5 minutes. The restaurant claimed that the reason for the “delay” was because they just started serving Chinese take out but when we finally got up to leave and glanced in the kitchen, it didn’t look like any food was being prepared. The kitchen smelled like perhaps someone was partaking in other activities, although I did not see that happening and wouldn’t want to accuse anyone falsely. I really couldn’t care less if we just would have gotten our food. We’ve eaten here dozens of times so maybe this was a one off but it was terrible. We had to go next door to the market to buy food to go back and cook after sitting starving for 2 hours

Waited 30 minutes for a drink that never was made, watched someone come in after us and have his order made in 5 minutes. The bartender started making our drinks then went to a dead stop and proceeded to just carry on a conversation with other people at the bar. We left.
