Cute shop that reminds of something out of disneyland. Has some vegan bread options, a large veg peanut butter cookie, and great coffee. The cookie was kind of dry but still good! Has an indoor seating area and a sidewalk order window that makes it convenient with dogs.
Coffee was great! Ambience is good - Seabrook is kinda creepy in general but it felt normal in Vista. Food was good except for the eggs - I'm not even sure what I would call them but eggs would not be it. I was really prompted to review based on the cleanliness of the bathroom. Small but important things like caked dust on top of the mirror, pink mold on the tiled backsplash and wainscotting that has not been wiped down left a bad impression.
Their system for ordering is not ideal. It was raining out and we had to order outside. They didn’t have a menu inside for us to decide and then walk outside to order. They could not warm up the ham and cheese croissant or cinnamon roll which is pretty typical for a bakery or cafe. Food was good enough, and staff were friendly. The experience of ordering outside in the rain and not being able to warm up food would make me pass in the future. Hopefully management will change...
