Part of a fun recent roadtrip was a stop for beers and a snack at Palouse Brewing. We spent a lovely afternoon next to the roll-up door sampling almost all of the beers currently on tap. We enjoyed most of them and ordered an extra pint of the pilsner. We also had chips and dips and really enjoyed the pico, queso, and guacamole. Fun place with friendly people!
Food fresh and hot. I got the Guacamole burger special and it was worth it. Very friendly staff, nice location, great selection of beer. It was too cold to sit outside so seating is tighter but there was always an open table. You should go out of your way to try Palouse Brewing just like I do.
I enjoyed a delicious dinner last night on the patio. The service and food were great and I love that my dog was able to join me! The buffalo chicken sandwich was good but the star of the show were the sweet potato fries. Perfectly cooked and seasoned, I could have eaten a bucket full!
