We absolutely love and enjoyed being here, my Sun and I came for lunch today and we were very happy with our experience once again. Tony is absolutely a GEM as well as her business. The artwork, music, lighting, crystals, plants and overall the aesthetic was absolutely Beautiful... The smoothie, juices and coffee were delicious.

This place is a hidden GEM!!! Great for a beautiful diverse experience!

We needed a vegan meal and we were surprised at how amazing the food was. We ordered the Sausage Garlic Cheesy Bread and it was jaw dropping good❣️ Then we split the Pizza. The pizza had so many amazing flavors going on

Alot of great highlights at the Rise and Shine cafe! From their Studdy Buddy Lavendar Matcha(my favorite) to their Green Goddess smoothie, and the Mint Flower Hot chocolate. I love the drinks! Tonie shines with creativity with her wax candle designs, and all the cute variety of goods in her Amoretta store. Can't forget about Open mic on Wednesdays! What a vibe to feel safe and be yourself! Definetly recommend this place to everyone especially if you like Vegan and healthy foods...and good vibes ☺️

the food here is seriously high quality and unique. I love the healthy options and lavender matcha 🤩 we were warned it might take a while because of other groups but if that was their idea of a long wait they must be really fast on a regular day lol I didn't feel like we waited long at all. and such friendly service. 11/10 would recommend!!!

I really wanted to like this place. The decor is super funky with a well curated theme, and the woman who was working (alone…) was super sweet and apologetic about our experience. I wish I had read the reviews before coming here because the negative ones sum up the issues we had with our visit (other than the cockroaches, thankfully we didn’t see any). There was nobody there, and four of us ordered food at around noon on a Saturday before our outing for the day. It took an hour and 15 minutes from the time we ordered to have the last dish served (a burrito that we ended up having wrapped up to go as the three of us had already finished eating). I could tell the poor solo worker there had to prep and cook all the orders by herself, and she apologized profusely every time she came to serve the next dish. I felt super bad for her! I will say each dish was delicious. However, we were itching to leave as we had plans and having to spend so much time waiting for food put us off.
It seems like they really need to iron out their issues with having food prepped for orders as well as enough staff to help out. Not sure if they’re dead all the time and don’t want to waste money on prepping only to have no customers or what, but I probably won’t come back because of our experience here. Very bummed :(

the fried egg breakfast sammy was absolutely insane 🤤 so many delicious flavors I was licking my fingers when I was done. The pink me up smoothie is so refreshing, the nachos were delicious and they definitely are not shy with the avocado AND the tortilla chips were such good quality. amazing vibes and the music when I went was all 2014-2016 bangers. definitely want to return and try a pizza and the different smoothie mixes 🫶🏾
