I haven't eaten at Applebee's in a long time. In Jacksonville the quality is not good. Here the food was great. The quality was excellent, the guys was cooked perfectly and tasted fantastic. Will definitely be eating here again! Highly recommend the bourbon steak!

We waited for 20 minutes for our drinks … appetizer never made it to us ,., server never came by to refill our drinks … food took 30 minutes to get and cold !

The last two times the severs and food just ok, no one to check out and have go get things for yourself, sides they don't come back to your table .they don't care anymore about you after you ordered and the table was dirty, crumbs left behind .
Audrey was AMAZING. She was kind, helpful, quick, and she was an overall amazing host. You can tell she loves her job (or is at least good at pretending😉 WHICH IM SURE WASNT THE CASE) The whole evening, she made us feel like we were the top priority. I think that girl truly needs a raise. She’s awesome and many people need to learn from her. LOVED tonight.

The only reason I’m writing this review is because I ordered Mac and cheese and it felt and tasted like warm milk on penne pasta. I love Applebees but Kraft made better boxed Mac and cheese. Please tell corporate to upgrade.
