This place was steadily busy on Saturday night. The service was good. The food was not very good though. The steak was expensive and super tough with very small portions of veggies.

The food was ok. It was terrible but why the three star is everyone said the food was semi cool and not really warm. I remember the riblets being really good with thick bbq sauce on them, these tasted like they had been over boiled and the bbq sauce was runny like water, the little that was there. The waiter did great in the beginning but once the food was out she disappeared and no one’s drinks got refilled. So it was a ok service.

So, I'm a pretty critical guy.So I was NOT expecting this Applebee's to not only meet, but EXCEED my standards.First, Samantha B, my server. AWESOME!! Authentic attitude, not too over-the-top-friendly, and not nasty either. Just, authentic, and real. I loved it.I had the 50 cent boneless wings tossed in Garlic Parmesan sauce, with the loaded Waffle Pub Fries, and a glass of Chateu Cabernet Sauv.So. D*mn. Delicious. ?Also, a simple mistake on my order, was instantly fixed, and I ended up paying less than I was expecting. They TRULY care about their customers.Thank you, Samantha.

A great test on how your food and service will be is to do this before sitting down.Ask to use the restroom. If it's pretty clean you have a good chance your experience is on the right path. Wash your hands. Does the water get warm after 15 seconds? Does it get hot after a minute. If it does, then the kitchen staff and wait staff and what you eat on should be sanitary. Enjoy your time there with family and friends.On my visit, the restroom was comparable any public bar restroom after closing time. Be careful what you touch or step on.There was no warm or hot water to wash my hands despite letting it run for several minutes. Which is a department of health code violation.This uncleanliness presented itself in the tableware, plates and utensils and glasses. My steak knife was absolutely gross. This made me question everything served to me by whomever had touched it. Was it safe? Will I get sick tonight?The above test proved to my party that our experience was as good as the restrooms. We should have dined elsewhere.
This applebees went downhill the moment they hired teenagers. They don’t seem to care about their jobs, have attitude when you try and speak to them, don’t even ask if you need anything else, and the servers just walk past you without asking anything. I really liked this location but im not sure anymore. One of the people included in this review was Jackie. Her attitude was the worst omg.

I took my son too lunch on his birthday. I had a chicken quesadilla salad and it had really good flavor. My son had the Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich. He said it was very good. We were served promptly and they were friendly and made sure we had everything wanted.Dietary restrictions: I wish they had more on the menu that was gluten free.

We arrived here Friday evening for dinner before our father daughter ball, the host was kind, the waiter came to took our orders, thereafter bizarre took up the space. The drink didn’t come till dinner was served, when asked for the drinks, one drink was brought, then the server was rude and unwelcoming she told us to ask the waiter. All in bad state, there was no silverware on the table. First order wrong, we asked for shrimp Alfredo we got chicken Alfredo, another one served dead cold instead of sizzling. The server said again ask the waiter. 15 minutes later, I asked to speak to the manager. Meghan came in and saved the day, fixed the Alfredo brought a sizzling chicken shrimp with mashed potatoes. If it was to give star to individual, then the manager would take 5 and the rest zero.
