The food is good if you don't mind getting sick from the black old oil, and old food sitting out waiting for a customer. they have a variety of drink options if you don't care about drinking black mold from the ice machine. / all ice dispensers have never been cleaned I've never seen the bottom of the ice tub. Told to keep filling it never to be empty.

Really wanted to give Arby's a shot but when the employees including the manager on duty don't know how to apply the coupons and try to charge u full price only to tell you that it's the "Tax" then it's no go. Gotta do better then that. 1 star

Good as always! Love their Chicken Bacon Swiss burger with jalapeño poppers and I usually get a Jamoca Shake too but got an unsweetened ice tea this time like a good girl. Lol!

Fast food prepped to your order so they can get busy. A standard that is about 50 years old and counting, good food and reasonable prices.
We just came from the arbys on road 68,and the food and customer service were excellent!! Very clean place ,and that included the restrooms.The staff were very polite and eager to accommodate my family and made us feel very welcomed.when going out for a snack,I highly recommend the Arby's on road 68 and on Columbia Blvd.
Wheelchair accessibility: Apart from wheelchair accessibility, they will even help others into and out of the restaurant at no additional cost, amd are very polite about it,as I saw a disabled person helped by employees as we ate.awesone place!! Thanks, arbys, for the excellent food and service
It's Arby's!! Roast beef sandwich is always good. My only real complaint on my last visit to the Arby's on Road 68 in Pasco was that the temperature in the dining room was way too cold. It was uncomfortable to sit and eat my meal. Other than that, the sandwich was good and the service was prompt and friendly.
Online ordering with this location is nice and smooth. The pickup counter I clearly marked and we received all the correct items for our order. I would recommend the smokehouse brisket burger. It's nice and smokey with a slash of sweetness from the barbeque sauce. We will definitely be back here more often.
Honestly this location is pretty great. The inside and outside is super clean, food quality is always great, service speed is super and weirdly fast. One of the better fast food locations around.
Fast food places always leave a lot to be desired, great for a quick bite... except here. They definitely aren't pumping out food like McDonald's, but at least it tastes better. This place is never busy when I come here and the last time we had the whole restaurant to ourselves.
