I ordered a classic roast beef meal. What I got was a double beef and cheddar meal. Which would have been fine if I wasn't LACTOSE INTOLERANT!! Not like I could just turn around. So now I'm one hungry trucker that gets curly fries for dinner.

Management needs to do a better job of delegating jobs to their employees. Cell phones are permitted during work hours and this is a major distraction which then affects customer service.
